Step 1 : Observ the text
Je suis allée au restaurant. C’était une crêperie près de Bastille à Paris. Je suis arrivée tôt, il n’y avait pas encore beaucoup de monde. J’ai commandé une « Popeye ». C’est une crêpe au fromage de chèvre et aux épinards.
Step 2: Read, understand and listen to the vocabulary ( first paragraph) :
Je suis allée : I went
Une crêperie : a pancake restaurant
près de : close to/next to
Il n’y avait pas encore : there wasn’t … yet
beaucoup de monde : a lot of people
J’ai commandé : I ordered
une crêpe : a pancake
fromage de chèvre : goat cheese
épinards : spinach
Step 3 : Read and listen to the first paragraph
Step 4 : listen to the text again one or two times more.
Step 5 : make a pause after each sentence and reapeat it
